We offer virtual yoga classes every Thursday at 7pm.

Walkingtogether is a programme to help Hackney residents to increase and sustain healthy levels of exercise in partnership with the Ramblers Association

Virtual Antenatal Classes
We are delighted to inform you that we are introducing dedicated Antenatal Classes to help support our patients through their pregnancy journey.
The classes will commence on Wednesday 7th April 2021 and will run for 8 weeks. The sessions are completely free and will be hosted online by an experienced NCT Instructor. Partners are welcome.
